## Scope

Send or forward messages to a Bouncebox inbound address; there is no native Gmail or Outlook mailbox connection. Use cases: extracting emailed purchase orders matched to a SKU catalog, extracting supplier-invoice fields, and turning unstructured support tickets or bug reports (mixed text and attachments) into structured data. Inputs include email text, PDFs and supported images. Spreadsheets require Pro or above. Scans and handwriting depend on legibility. Review extraction and product matches before relying on them. Delivery is a configured formatted email reply or webhook, not a native ERP connector or fulfillment action. Replies can attach the extracted data as a CSV or Excel file, and can be sent per email or batched into one daily digest. Customer-specific memory is not advertised as an available capability on this page.
